Child Disability Care by Nalwala Foundation

Child Disability project at MLDT Hospital, Palghar supported by NALWALA Foundation.
 

New born babies and children suffer from congenital and other disorders like club foot, Cerebral palsy leading to difficult gait, etc. These cases go undiagnosed or treated late due to unavailability of orthopaedic paediatrician in Palghar and surrounding area. Also these children are seeking treatment, if diagnosed early at far off places like Valsad, Silvassa which make their parents likely to suffer financially.

  • A free screening camp is organized every month for children with disabilities.

  • Patients from palghar district come to the camp.
